1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 20 Patterns ("the Service"), operated by Raidea, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raidea, LLC regarding your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

20 Patterns is an educational platform designed to help users learn coding patterns and prepare for technical interviews. The Service includes:

• Interactive tutorials and visual explanations of coding patterns
• A browser-based Python code editor for practicing problems
• Curated coding problems with automated test cases
• Progress tracking and gamification features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

20 Patterns offers a subscription service ("Pro Quest") with the following terms:

• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscription Fee: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $4.99 USD per month.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Submit malicious code through the code editor

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 20 Patterns, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tutorials, problem descriptions, and code templates, is the property of Raidea, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Code you write in our editor remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data about usage patterns to improve our Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Using our Service will guarantee success in job interviews or employment

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAIDEA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
